Patrick Ryan currently serves as the T&T Americas Presales Director at NCR Atleos since May 2023. Previously, Patrick held various leadership roles at Cisco from January 2007 to May 2023, including Leader of Americas Systems Engineering, where oversight was provided for a remote engineering workforce focused on Security Architecture and Virtual Sales Support. As Sr. Manager of Global Virtual Sales Services Americas, Patrick successfully drove revenue growth, exceeding $350M goals in FY20 and FY21. In the role of Sr. Manager for Global Customer Experience Centers, Patrick led a proof of concept that improved organizational efficiency by approximately 14%. Additional accomplishments include building high-performing teams for Cloud and Managed Services at Bank of America and Technical Services at Cisco. Earlier in the career, Patrick served as NOC Supervisor at Time Warner Cable from 2000 to 2003.
