Carol Johnson

Carol Johnson, J.D., M.A., is a civil rights attorney and strategist known for their leadership in government transformation and advocacy for equity and systemic change. With experience as the Civil Rights Director for the City of Austin and the Executive Director of the Arkansas Fair Housing Commission, they have successfully advanced compliance and accountability in various governmental roles. As the founder and CEO of Johnson Consulting Group, Carol continues to drive change while serving as an adjunct professor at Southern New Hampshire University and a civil rights consultant for the City of Fort Worth. They also hold a Juris Doctor from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock and have been actively involved with the National Community Reinvestment Coalition as Board Chair.
