Josh Silver is a Senior Advisor at the National Community Reinvestment Coalition (NCRC), where they have more than 25 years of experience in the housing and community development field. They produce white papers on the Community Reinvestment Act and fair lending policy, and previously served as Vice President of Research and Policy at NCRC for 19 years. Before joining NCRC, Josh worked as a Research Associate at The Urban Institute, specializing in housing market analysis and program evaluation.
