Kaylee Harcrow has a diverse professional background with a focus on community engagement and support services. Currently serving as Special Assistant for Programs and Strategic Development at the National Community Reinvestment Coalition (NCRC) since April 2022, Kaylee previously held the role of Membership and Events Coordinator at NCRC and worked as a Development and Communications Intern earlier in 2021. Prior experience includes serving as an Activities Assistant at Spring Village at Dover, where Kaylee organized enrichment activities for senior citizens, and as a Policy Intern with the New Hampshire Human Trafficking Collaborative Task Force. Additionally, Kaylee provided in-home support for individuals with disabilities through Community Bridges and worked as an Administrative Assistant at the University of New Hampshire, managing office duties and visual communications. Kaylee also led a paint crew team at UNH to enhance university housing. Kaylee holds a Bachelor of Science in Social Work from the University of New Hampshire and is currently participating in an internship program at The Washington Center for Internships and Academic Seminars.
