NCrealestate is a Project Marketing and Residential Sales Agency founded in 2019 by Nick Coulls, born from a strong desire to do things differently.

Nick’s energy and 120% approach has quickly driven NCrealestate to become one of South Australia’s leading Project Marketing companies. Clients within Nick's diverse and substantial portfolio spanning the Public, Private and Community Housing sectors now enjoy the benefits of Nick's new-school approach.

With over a decade’s experience in building and property development, Nick had never worked in a traditional real estate setting before NCrealestate was born. As a result, Nick was able to create a unique business model that is not limited by old-school “this is how we’ve always done it” mentalities. Nick's strategic vision has built an agile company that is customer-centric to its core. Where normal agencies hire a Business Manager, Nick hires a Customer Concierge: as he firmly believes that “at NCrealestate, it’s not about us, it’s about you”.

Working with Nick and his team is not a traditional real estate experience. Whether you are a Vendor, Builder or Buyer, you will benefit from the NCrealestate Mobile Display Unit. Instead of meeting in an office booth, Nick and the team meet on site in their portable and airconditioned sales suite with a coffee in hand and drone overhead to show your project in real time. It’s real estate - but not as you know it.

Under Nick's guidance, NCrealestate strives to make purchasing a new property a transparent experience for all parties involved. With this goal in mind, Nick has developed the NCnetwork: an entirely paperless solution to buying, selling, and developing that gives you instant access to live reports, documents, and contract progress to keep you informed every step of your property journey.
