Jinsu Park

Jinsu Park currently serves as the HR PMO팀장 at NCSOFT since November 2021, focusing on HR planning and management of partner companies. Prior to this role, Jinsu held significant positions at Kakao Entertainment from January 2019 to November 2021 as an HR Manager, managing performance evaluations, HR administration, attendance under the 52-hour workweek policy, and talent acquisition. Jinsu's previous experience also includes HR Manager roles at NEXON KOREA from April 2015 to January 2019, where responsibilities encompassed performance evaluations, employee relations, and recruitment, as well as a similar role at Daewoong Pharmaceuticals from July 2011 to April 2015 primarily focused on recruitment.
