Jongmin PARK

Jongmin PARK is the Head of the UX division at NCSOFT, bringing extensive experience from the computer games industry. PARK previously served as Project Director and led UI and UX design for mobile platforms, games, and services. Before NCSOFT, PARK worked as a Manager at SK Planet, focusing on mobile service design and UX strategy, and as a Senior Researcher at Samsung Electronics, where they established the Service UX Satisfaction Index. PARK holds a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Design Management from KAIST, where they also earned a Master of Arts (M.A.) in the same field.
