Saadia Simon is the Director of Data & Systems at NCSY. Saadia has previous experience working as an intern at IntelliComp Technologies, where they assisted staff in managing the helpdesk ticketing system and helping clients with tier 1 and tier 2 IT issues. Saadia also went on-site to clients to assist with setting up networking and VoIP systems. From July 2012 to July 2014, they were the Director of Operations - Atlantic Seaboard at NCSY, where they managed all logistical and operational aspects of running a non-profit covering several states and dozens of staff, both professional and volunteer. Saadia modernized and created efficient workflows for organizing several large teen conventions each year as well as for much of the day-to-day operations of a 40-year old nonprofit. During events, they were the point-person for all technical details, managing our volunteer staff and allowing our professional staff to focus on their educational roles. From January 2010 to December 2011, they were the Head Advisor - Atlantic Seaboard Region at NCSY. From January 2009 to December 2011, they were the Charity Drive Coordinator at Ner Israel Rabbinical College.
Saadia Simon completed a Bachelor of Applied Science - BASc in Computing with Psychological Studies at The Open University. Saadia then went on to complete a Rabbinic Ordination at The Jerusalem Kollel. Finally, they completed a BTL, MTL in Talmudic Law at Ner Israel Rabbinical College.
Their manager is Moshe Benovitz, Managing Director. They are on a team with Micah Greenland - International Director, Keevy Fried - Associate International Director, and Donny Schwartz - Director.
