Yael Lanzman יעל לנצמן

Yael Lanzman is the Development Director at NCSY Israel, where they lead resource development initiatives aimed at inspiring and empowering teens in their Jewish engagement and connection to Israel. Previously, Yael held various roles, including Director of Resource Development at Melabev and leading the Community, Culture and Youth Department at The Eli Local Council. They have also worked as a Personal Assistant at Yad Vashem, where they were the point of contact between the director and stakeholders, and served as Deputy to the Director at the Claims Conference. Yael's educational background includes pursuing a degree equivalent to a Master's in English and History at Ruhr University Bochum.
