Henry Luu has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Henry started their career in 1998 at TE Connectivity, where they worked as an Injection Molding Tech and later as a Finishing Process Tech until 2011. In 2013, they joined GE Water & Process Technologies as a Tester. In 2014, Luu joined Shutterfly Inc. as a Machine Operator II, responsible for operating and maintaining high-speed equipment. Since 2015, they have been working at NCT | CaseWorks Software as a Technical Support Lead, where they handle technical support, manages the customer support portal, and communicates with customers to resolve their issues.
Henry Luu attended Hennepin Technical College from an unknown start year to 2012. Henry pursued a degree in Network Support Specialist and successfully obtained a Degree Diploma in this field.
