Mike Luu

Mike Luu has a diverse work experience that spans several industries. Mike started their career as an IT Helpdesk Technician II Team Lead at Nortek Air Solutions, LLC in February 2014 and worked there until December 2016. From January 2017 to September 2018, they served as a Service Desk Technician II at Ergotron. Mike then joined Northern Tool + Equipment as a Systems Support Analyst II from September 2018 to June 2019. In June 2019, they became the IT Manager - Technical Support at NCT | CaseWorks Software and later transitioned to the role of Director of IT and Technical Support in December 2022, where they currently work.
