Steven Mitchell

Steven Mitchell has over two decades of experience in membership management and customer service within the charity sector, currently serving as Membership Communications Officer at NCT Charity since September 2003. Key responsibilities include managing communications for 50,000 members, overseeing the NCT Members Club, and delivering engaging email marketing campaigns. Previous roles at NCT also include leading a customer service team and supporting volunteer programs. Prior to this, Steven worked as Assistant Production Manager at Marasu's Petits Fours Limited, where management of a production team and quality assurance in food production were central duties. Educational background includes attending Drayton Manor High School.
