Johan Vanhees

Johan Vanhees has extensive experience in the plastics industry, currently serving as Group CEO, Partner, and Managing Director at NCT Group since January 2021. Prior roles include Managing Partner at Bruj International B.V. from October 2013 to July 2024, where responsibilities involved reselling various grades of plastic materials. Johan held the position of Product Manager and Business Manager at Frupack Plastic from February 2010 to September 2013, focusing on product management and sales in polyolefins. Earlier experience includes serving as Senior Sales Manager at Domo Polypropylene from September 2006 to January 2010, managing key accounts across Europe, and developing the German market as Senior Trader at Belucon Plastics from April 2002 to September 2006. Johan began a career in customer service at Panalpina from September 2000 to March 2002. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Management from HOGENT and further education at Vlerick Business School.
