Lynette Lucas is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in inclusion, membership engagement, and program coordination. Currently serving as the Inclusion and Belonging Lead at NCVO, Lynette focuses on developing an inclusive workforce strategy and enhancing the internal people strategy while previously contributing as a Membership Subscriptions and Inclusion Officer and Digital Data Officer. Lynette's background includes running Lyn's Kitchen to inspire a passion for cooking, as well as significant roles at NESTA, where projects like Cities of Service and the Centre for Social Action Innovation Fund were managed, and LSN, where organizational development and project operations were key responsibilities. Academic qualifications include A-Levels in Sociology, Communications, and English Literature from Barnet College.
