They have held various roles in prominent companies, including serving as Chief Operating Officer at CLS Group and Financial Controller at Barclays Bank. Currently, Sajjad is an Independent Member of the Finance and Commercial Committee at NCVO and a Non Executive Board Member at NHS Frimley Integrated Care Board. They recently took a career break to pursue two Executive Diplomas in Leading Sustainable Corporations at Oxford and the Business of AI at London Business School.
