Eric Mize

Eric Mize is an experienced recruiter with a strong background in talent acquisition and human resources. Currently serving as a Recruiter at NCW since July 2022, Eric previously held the position of Talent Acquisition Manager at GEMCO Constructors LLC until July 2022. With prior experience as an Account Manager at US Trades and a Human Resources Personnel Manager at Dilling Group, Inc., where responsibilities included recruiting for mechanical and electrical positions, managing new hire paperwork, addressing HR inquiries for approximately 300 field employees, and facilitating performance reviews, Eric has developed a comprehensive skill set in human resources and personnel management. Eric holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Management from Indiana University East, awarded in 2018.
