Pat Pendleton

Pat joined the NDC team in 1989 as a property manager. In 2002, she joined the corporate office as a Regional Property Manager for twelve subsidized properties, totaling 1,153 units. Pat’s main responsibilities involved preparing and adhering to the budget, meeting owner expectations, Section 8 compliance, training, customer service, and employee engagement. At this time, Pat is joining the Compliance team for Section 8. Pat is a Pennsylvania real estate licensee, certified Assisted Housing Manager (AHM) through Quadel and a certified Tax Credit Compliance Specialist (TCS) through Quadel.
