Fernando Candido holds a Master Black Belt in Lean Six Sigma from M.I. Domenech and has a Master's degree in Natural Sciences and Mathematics from Fundação Universidade Regional de Blumenau. They are currently pursuing an MSc in Conceptual Physics and Statistics, a technical degree in Pulp and Paper Technology, and have a Bachelor's in Mathematics and a degree in Production Engineering. Fernando has extensive experience in coordinating and consulting on Lean Six Sigma projects, having worked in the paper manufacturing industry since 2009. They are also a university professor in Mathematics and Statistics at Centro Universitário UNIFACVEST and serve as a Continuous Improvement Manager at NDD - Tech.
