Raphael Santana is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations management and continuous improvement within the manufacturing and technology sectors. Starting as Secretario Executivo at Rotary Club, followed by a long tenure at Kimberly-Clark where Raphael served in various managerial roles including Gerente de Produção and Gerente Geral da Unidade, responsibilities encompassed overseeing production processes, cost management, team leadership, and implementing Lean methodologies across multiple facilities. Currently, as Diretor Executivo and Chief Operating Officer at NDD Tech Brasil, Raphael focuses on cultural transformation and strategic planning to support organizational growth. Raphael holds a degree in Industrial Engineering and additional postgraduate qualifications in the field from Universidade do Planalto Catarinense.
