NDI Cloud is data infrastructure for modern neuroscience research. We help labs manage, share, and analyze experimental data across the full research lifecycle — from acquisition to publication.
Spun out of Brandeis University in 2022, NDI Cloud is built on the open-source NDI framework developed over a decade of academic research. The platform is deployed at the Salk Institute, Tufts University, and UC San Diego, with deployments funded through NIH, NSF, and ARPA-H research programs.
Selected to the NSF I-Corps National Teams Program (2022) and the MathWorks Connections Program, NDI Cloud is backed by angel investors and led by a team focused on one problem: making neuroscience research data work as hard as the scientists who generate it.
