Jordan Dodds

Jordan Dodds is an experienced professional in research and development, currently serving as the Director of Research & Development at NDI (Northern Digital Inc.) since May 2023. Prior to this role, Jordan held the position of AR Product Operations Lead at Google from June 2020 to April 2023, where responsibilities included designing and scaling the AR Global Operations organization and managing an international team of 18. Jordan's career also includes leadership roles at North, where responsibilities ranged from leading manufacturing operations for smart glasses to serving as NPI Engineering Community Lead. Prior experience encompasses technical leadership at ATS Automation as a Senior Systems Designer and systems engineering at Nikon Metrology, as well as an early tenure as a Mechanical Engineer at Kimberly-Clark. Jordan holds a Master’s degree in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Toronto and a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering Physics from Queen's University.
