Robert McMillan

Robert McMillan is an experienced executive in operations and management, currently serving as Vice-President of North American Operations at NDI (Northern Digital Inc.) since October 2019. Prior to this, Robert held the position of Director of Operations at Intellijoint Surgical Inc. and Vice-President of Operations at Aeryon Labs Inc. Notable earlier roles include Director of Manufacturing Programs at BlackBerry and NPI Quality & Product Engineering at Nortel Networks. Robert began a professional career as a Business Analyst at Keane Canada Inc. and holds a Bachelor’s degree from Cleveland State University and an MSc. from the University of the West of Scotland.
