Our journey began in healthcare recruitment, where we specialised in providing nurses and healthcare assistants for temporary and permanent placement within nursing homes, care homes, hospitals, and other care organisations. As our reputation for excellence grew, so did the demand for our services. Our clients began asking us to provide care in the comfort of their own homes, and we rose to the challenge. Today, we offer a range of domiciliary care services both locally and nationally, helping service users to live independently and safely in their own homes.

At Ndima, we're committed to delivering services of the highest quality, and our staff are well-qualified to maintain high standards of care at all times. We take great pride in our work, and we're always looking for ways to improve and innovate, whether it's through new technology or a fresh approach to care delivery.

At Ndima Healthcare, we're committed to embodying the spirit of community in everything we do. Our name comes from the Shona word "Ndima," which describes a task given to benefit the family and the wider community. Normally, this was in the form of a land one worked on (Ndima) whilst others in the family worked on their own ndima to collectively complete work on a big land. For us, that means working as a small part of achieving our clients' and service users' goals and delivering high-quality care.

If you're looking for a partner who shares your values and your commitment to delivering exceptional care, we invite you to join us at Ndima Healthcare. We're more than just a care company – we're a community of professionals who are dedicated to making a positive impact on the lives of those we serve. So why not get in touch and see how we can work together to achieve your goals, whether you are a business looking for agency staff or in the comfort of your home?
