Brian Callom has extensive experience in commercial real estate finance, having served in various leadership roles. From November 1997 to March 2003, Brian Callom worked at Wells Fargo as Assistant Vice President, underwriting commercial real estate assets for bond securitization. Following this, Brian held the position of Vice President at Washington Mutual from March 2003 to October 2005, sourcing various types of loans. Brian Callom continued to grow in the field at Goldman Sachs from October 2005 to July 2016, where responsibilities included originating, underwriting, and securitizing loans for CMBS execution. Brian then joined Leon Capital Group as Director from July 2016 to February 2017, managing asset dispositions. Since August 2017, Brian has served as Vice President at Ready Capital, originating commercial real estate loans. Brian Callom is also currently a Senior Manager at Capital One, a role started in January 2023. Education includes a Bachelor's degree in Finance from American University and prior studies at Penn State University and McCallie School.
