Matt Hillyer has extensive experience in the commercial real estate industry, with roles at JPMorgan Chase and Ready Capital. At Ready Capital, Matt currently serves as the Managing Director and Chief Credit Officer for Multifamily, leading the Underwriting team for the Freddie Mac Small Balance Loan program. Prior to this, Matt was responsible for managing distressed commercial real estate debt at JPMorgan Chase. Matt's educational background includes a BA in Economics from The University of Texas at Austin.
