Todd Sinai is a Professor of Real Estate and Business Economics and Public Policy at The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. They served as an Abraham Mitchell Term Assistant Professor from 1997 to 2005 before advancing to various professorships, ultimately achieving their current role. Since 2005, they have also been a Research Associate at the National Bureau of Economic Research, and they have held the position of Director at Ready Capital since 2013. Todd earned a Ph.D. from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology after completing a B.A. at Yale University.
