Information Technology Specialist at NDM

Chris Etherton has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles.

Chris began their career in 2009 as an Associate Engineer at Ascent Networks. Later, they worked as a Consulting Engineer at CPM Networks from 2009 to 2012, before transitioning to the role of Technical Support Representative at Nintendo from December 2011 to March 2012.

In 2012, Chris joined PICS Inventory as an Inventory Auditor, accurately counting inventory at retail stores. Chris then moved on to Chihuly Garden and Glass, where they served as a Retail Stock Associate, responsible for stock management and transfers.

From 2014 to 2016, Chris worked at Sturdi Products. Initially, they were an IT Tech and Ecommerce Technician, responsible for IT tasks and automation of website activities. Later, they served as a Webmaster and Customer Relationship Management expert, handling various IT-related tasks for the business.

In 2016, Chris joined Space Needle as a Security Officer, ensuring a secure work environment, conducting investigations, and monitoring cameras. Chris was later promoted to the role of Security PIC, where they supervised security officers and assisted with training.

From 2018 to 2019, Chris worked at LabCorp as a Computer Operator, providing tier 1 support, running production jobs, and submitting medical records to clients.

In 2020, they joined CPM Networks again, this time as an IT Consulting Engineer, before subsequently transitioning to their current role as an Information Technology Specialist at NDM.

Chris Etherton's education history is as follows:

Chris completed a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Central Washington University in 2014.

Prior to that, Chris earned an Associate in Business (AB-DTA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Bellevue College, where they studied from 2012 to 2013.

Before attending Bellevue College, from 2002 to 2006, Chris attended Spokane Falls Community College, where they obtained multiple degrees. They received an Associate of Arts (A.A.) (DTA) degree in General Studies and an Associate of Arts and Sciences (AAS) degree in Information Technology. In addition, Chris also obtained a certificate in Computer Forensics/Network Security from Spokane Falls Community College during the same time period.

In terms of additional certifications, Chris obtained the following:

- Network Security Essentials certification from WatchGuard Technologies in September 2022.

- Secure Wi-Fi Essentials certification from WatchGuard Technologies in September 2022.

- Switchvox Certified Professional certification from Sangoma in December 2020.

- Chris also completed training in Evade, but no institution or specific completion date was provided.
