Andy Ann

Andy Ann has extensive experience as a founder and director in various digital and technology-based companies. Andy co-founded YAS Digital Limited in 2019, focusing on offering diverse insurance products through deep technologies and data analytics. Prior to this, they founded and served as the chairman of NDN Group since 2002, where they focused on building and growing companies in the digital space. In 2018, they co-founded GoImpact, an ecosystem providing enablers around three key pillars. In 2017, they founded NOIZ, a decentralized ad exchange platform based on blockchain technology. Additionally, they co-founded hotmob in 2007, a pioneer in mobile marketing, and Klarity Analytics in 2011, which provides social intelligence solutions. Their work experience demonstrates a strong background in digital innovation and entrepreneurship.

Andy Ann completed their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Economics/Psychology at The University of British Columbia from 1997 to 2001. Later, from 2007 to 2009, they pursued an EMBA degree at The Chinese University of Hong Kong.
