NDS CO.,LTD. is mainly engaged in communication infrastructure construction. The Multidiscipline Engineering segment is involved in the design, construction and maintenance of communication cable network equipment, mobile network equipment, electrical equipment, intelligent transportation systems (ITSs) equipment and solar power generation equipment. The Information and Communication Technology segment is involved in the development, design, operation and maintenance of information and communication technology (ICT) services, as well as the manufacturing, sale and repair of communication equipment. This segment is also engaged in the lease of machinery, vehicles, tools equipment and fixtures and the installation and maintenance of semiconductor manufacturing equipment. The Housing and Real Estate segment is involved in the sale of condominium buildings and the leasing and brokerage of real estate. As of March 31, 2014, the Company had 28 subsidiaries and seven associated companies.
