Amber Baker

Amber Baker is the Chief Executive Officer of Trilogic Partners, where they focus on building strong foundations for registered investment advisors (RIAs). With nearly two decades of experience, Baker has specialized in helping RIAs navigate complex business and legal challenges. Currently serving as General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer at NDVR, they are responsible for all legal and compliance matters for the firm. Previously, Baker held leadership roles in various organizations, including Deputy CEO, General Counsel, and Board Member at Mirova, and Chief Compliance Officer at Ostrum Asset Management. Baker earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management, magna cum laude, from Washington Adventist University and a Doctor of Law from Harvard Law School.
