Roy Gee

Roy Gee is currently the Operations Manager at G's Gourmet Jams, a position they have held since 2018. Previously, they served as a Senior Building Services Engineer at Norman Disney & Young from 2015, overseeing mechanical services design and project management. From 2009 to 2015, Roy was the Engineering Design Manager at TSF Engineering, managing various high-profile projects including installations at Melbourne Airport and the Global Switch East Data Centre. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Building Services Engineer at JV Tierney and RN Murphy Consultants. Roy holds a Master's in Business Administration from the Australian Institute of Management South Australia, along with a Bachelor's and Diploma in Building Services Engineering from Glasgow Caledonian University and DIT, respectively.
