Johan Kuru

Johan Kuru started their career in 2007 as a Software Tester at Cybercom, where they worked on functional testing for a mobile E-commerce solution. From 2008 to 2010, they served as a Test Manager and then as a Project Manager for Sony Ericsson, overseeing large software development projects. Johan was responsible for test strategies, test plans, and test activities, as well as the development, packaging, and delivery of interaction design, graphical design, and implemented solutions for an E-commerce solution. In 2010, Johan worked as a Project Manager for Pace PLC, managing projects within the set-top box industry.

In 2011, they rejoined Cybercom as a Consultant Unit and Business Manager, leading a team of 30 consultants with various roles. Johan'sresponsibilities included personnel and profitability management, recruitment, and project delivery.

Johan then joined Knowit in 2014, initially as a Project Manager and later as a Service Delivery and Consultant Manager at Knowit Experience Syd. Johan was responsible for managing service delivery, overseeing projects and maintenance assignments, and leading a team of consultants. From 2016 to 2020, Johan held multiple roles at Knowit Experience Malmö, including CEO and COO, where they played a crucial role in the company's operations and management.

In 2018, Johan became a Board Member at Knowit Experience Linköping AB and Knowit Experience CRM AB in 2019. Most recently, in 2021, they joined NE Nationalencyklopedin AB as the COO overseeing the company's operations.

Johan Kuru attended Linköping University from 1999 to 2007, where they studied Electronics Design Engineering. In addition to their degree, Johan also obtained several certifications in the field of software testing. In 2008, they became a Certified Scrum Master (CSM) and obtained the ISEB Intermediate Certificate in Software Testing as well as the ISEB/ISTQB Foundation Certificate in Software Testing.
