Steve Capshaw has extensive experience in leadership and strategic roles, currently serving on the Board of Directors at NE-XT Technologies since May 1993, following a tenure as Chief Executive Officer. Previously, Steve held various roles at Colt's Manufacturing Company LLC, including Chief Executive Officer, Director of Manufacturing Engineering & Operations, and Director of Business Development from May 2025 to July 2025. Steve obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Political Science from Boston College, where studies were completed between 1989 and 1993.
