Cesar Basurto

Cesar Basurto has extensive experience in financial management and accounting, with a career spanning several decades. Since May 1999, Cesar Basurto has served as the Center for Business Operations Manager at the National Education Association. Prior to this role, Cesar Basurto worked as an Accountant at LNESC, contributing to educational opportunities for the Hispanic community.
