Heather Ford

Heather Ford possesses extensive experience in payroll management across multiple organizations, currently serving as Senior Confidential, Payroll at NEA since December 2021. Previously, Heather worked as Principal Associate in Payroll Services at The Pew Charitable Trusts, overseeing the implementation of Canadian payroll and collaborating on international payroll initiatives. Notable accomplishments include winning the 2020 ACE Award and managing payroll processes for nine countries. Heather's prior roles include positions at IMG, ideastream, Dimension Data, and Saint Vincent's Catholic Medical Centers, where responsibilities spanned payroll administration, analysis, and the implementation of HRIS systems. Heather holds a degree from CUNY College of Staten Island and additional credentials from Strayer University.
