Kim O'Farrell

Kim O'Farrell, CPA, has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over several years. Starting in 1988, they worked as a Business Manager at Devillier Donegan Enterprises for a decade. Following this, Kim held the role of Assistant Controller at OnePoint Communications from 1998 to 2000. Kim then became a Controller at Verizon Avenue from 2000 to 2005 before transitioning to Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis at Verizon in 2005-2006. From 2006 to 2012, Kim served as the Controller at J. Craig Venter Institute. Kim continued their career as a Controller at Associated Universities, Inc. from 2012 until 2016. Most recently, Kim has worked at NEA, where they began as a Controller in 2018 and was promoted to Director of Business and Financial Services in November 2019.

Kim O'Farrell, CPA, holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from the University of Maryland which was obtained between 1982 and 1986. In addition, they earned a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Maryland Global Campus, completed between 1994 and 1996. Kim O'Farrell also holds a Certified Public Accountant certification.
