Laura C.

Laura C. currently serves as a Senior Program Advisor for Hispanic Outreach and Engagement at the National Education Association (NEA), overseeing Latino community advocacy and partnership engagement within the Center for Racial and Social Justice. In addition to this role, Laura C. is the Founder and Managing Director of LMC Global Consulting, LLC, and holds a position as Senior Advisor for Business Development at Peter Damon Group. Past experiences include business development at Wonder Women Tech Foundation, Media and Public Affairs at DAWN Design Studios, Communications Director for the U.S. House of Representatives, and Deputy National Press Secretary at the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee. Laura C. has also contributed as a National Communications Strategist for Hispanic Affairs at the Democratic National Committee and has held roles at the United States Department of Defense and the Executive Office of the President. Academic qualifications include a Master of Arts in International Commerce and Policy from George Mason University and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Political Science from The University of Texas at San Antonio.
