Liz Wright

Liz Wright is a professor at the University of Minnesota Duluth, bringing extensive experience in higher education, the arts, and management. They previously served as a professor at Rivier University from 1999 to 2012 and held various adjunct faculty positions at institutions such as the University of New England and New Jersey Institute of Technology in the late 1980s and early 1990s. Additionally, Liz has played significant roles in the theatre world as a freelance stage director and dramaturg, while managing their own business, Fa La Lo, from 2008 to 2013. As of 2025, they hold leadership positions with both the National Education Association and Wright Management, and have continued to contribute as Chief Reader for Educational Testing Service and College Board since 2001. Liz is also advancing their education with degrees from multiple prestigious institutions, including a Ph.D. from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and an M.A. from Columbia University.
