Lucy Griswold

Lucy Griswold currently serves as the Leadership Development Program Manager at the National Education Association, focusing on the design and improvement of conference and training programs. Prior experience includes roles such as Senior Program/Policy Analyst at the NEA, where leadership development strategies were operationalized, and Regional Specialist for the Florida Education Association, providing support to locals in advocacy and organizing. Lucy's academic credentials include a Master of Education in Educational Leadership from Harvard and two additional Master’s degrees from The University of Texas at Austin, one in Curriculum and Instruction and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government.
