Michael Misterek has held significant roles in communications and political advocacy, currently serving as the Associate Director of Communications for Politics and Advocacy at NEA since July 2014. Prior to this position, experience includes serving as Chief of Staff for the U.S. House of Representatives from January 2013 to July 2014, and as the Owner of Strategic Field Concepts from August 2009 to January 2013. Additionally, Michael worked as a Public Affairs Executive at ASI Communications from March 2007 to July 2009, and supported the John Kerry for President campaign in 2004.
