Neander Consulting supports CEOs in questions that require both an outside perspective and a concrete understanding of the organisation itself.

The work differs from conventional executive coaching or advisory that relies mainly on the CEO’s own account. I take the time to understand how the organisation works in practice: how decisions are interpreted, where perspectives differ, and which patterns shape the way people act.

This gives the CEO someone to think with who is independent of the organisation, but not unfamiliar with it. The support can be used for an immediate decision, a recurring organisational issue, or a question that has become difficult to assess from within.

The relationship is used as needed rather than through a fixed meeting schedule. A first conversation starts with a real question the CEO is already working on, not with a presentation of services.

Neander Consulting also carries out selected organisational and recruitment assignments where the underlying situation needs to be understood before action is taken.

The company was founded by Martin Holmér, whose background includes cultural and social anthropology, sociology, and social psychology.
