They held the position of Senior Creative Technologist at 22squared from 2014 to 2018, where they modernized development workflows and increased hack-a-thon submissions through a developed chatbot. Currently, as a Design Engineering Manager at Nearform, Ryan leads a multidisciplinary team in creating high-impact solutions and mentoring design engineers. With a background that includes roles as Founder & Director of Blackboard Creative and Design Technology Manager at Formidable, Ryan has consistently bridged the gap between design and engineering, shaping impactful projects across various industries. Ryan holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Digital Arts & Technology from the International Academy of Design and Technology-Tampa.
