Daniel Maurer

Daniel Maurer currently serves as Executive Vice President of Strategy and Operations at Nearmap, where responsibilities include oversight of business reporting, investor relations, and strategic analysis within a high-growth Australian SaaS environment. Prior experience includes roles as Vice President of Strategy and Senior Director of Strategic Planning at Nearmap, and financial analysis leadership at Financial Rights Legal Centre NSW. Daniel has a strong background in transaction services from PricewaterhouseCoopers, where decades of financial diligence and advisory experience were gained. Academic qualifications include a Chartered Accounting designation from Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand, a Graduate Diploma in Investor Relations from the Australasian Investor Relations Association, and degrees in law and accounting from The University of Queensland.
