James McFarlane is a highly experienced professional with a strong background in service management and engineering within the technology sector. Currently serving as the Global Service Manager at Nearmap since January 2018, James previously held the position of Team Leader Service Australasia at TOMRA Sorting Solutions from August 2012 to January 2018. Prior to that, James was the Product Support Manager at BT Imaging Pty Ltd for a brief period in 2011-2012 and worked as a System Install Engineer at ASML from January 2007 to April 2011. James holds a Master's degree in Nanoscale Science and Technology from the Universities of Leeds and Sheffield and a BEng (Hons) in Materials Science and Engineering from the University of Leeds.
