Nathan Rand is a Global General Counsel at Nearmap, where they currently lead legal strategies. Previously, they served as VP and General Counsel at Xactly Corp from 2019 to 2023 and held various counsel positions at P2 Energy Solutions. Nathan began their legal career as an attorney at Michaelis, Montanari & Johnson and later at Vranesh and Raisch, LLP. In addition to their legal career, Nathan founded and presides over the Thrive Neurodiversity Fund, a nonprofit supporting the neurodiverse community. Educated in Energy, Environment, and Natural Resources Law at Lewis and Clark College, Nathan is also pursuing a Doctor of Law at Pepperdine School of Law.
