NEB has completed several hospitality and commercial / shopping mall projects, and is working hand-in-hand with various prominent international and local operators. It is also important to note that NEB is a supporting contributor to the Council of Tall Buildings and Urban Habitat - a Chicago based non-profit organization that supports to put the latest information from research and advance design practice into the hands of professionals throughout the world. 

Indeed, among the list of projects that NEB is most proud of in the Gulf region is Marina 106, which will be the second tallest tower in Dubai next to the Burj Khalifa. 

And once again, National Engineering Bureau has been voted by the architectural practices in BD’s World Architecture 100 as one of the best architectural practices to work with, ranking in the Top 57 of the world's largest practices and Top 1 Architectural and Engineering Consultants based from survey conducted by Emirates Project Magazine for 2015.

NEB managed not to focus only in the United Arab Emirates projects but the firm is fortunate enough to have an overseas projects as well. From a various hospitality and mixed -use  projects in Saudi Arabia, Oman, Qatar, Iran, a resort development in Tanzania, an office and residential tower in India,  Bahrain, Libya, Turkmenistan, Sri Lanka, Kuwait and the Tunis Sports City in Tunisia.
