Heather Amend, BSBM, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Enrollment Concierge & Administrative Support Manager at National Employee Benefits Administrators, Inc., where responsibilities include leading health plan enrollment activities and managing member services for Union Employees. Previously, Heather held several significant roles, including Director of Human Resources & Talent Acquisition at Platinum Fundraising, where the entire HR department was built, and Senior Human Resources Manager at Entertainment Benefits Group, focusing on employee relations and talent management.
