Nicole Firestone

Nicole Firestone has a strong background in employee benefits administration and claims management. Nicole worked at National Employee Benefits Administrators, Inc. from 2007 to 2021, starting as a Claims Adjuster and eventually becoming a Senior Vice President. In their roles, they managed customer service and claims department employees, prepared and reviewed claims data and reports, audited medical, dental, and vision claims, processed life insurance and short-term disability claims, and handled coordination of benefits claims and Medicare secondary payor demands. Nicole also worked with fund counsel and consultants in the preparation of health and welfare plan documents. Before joining National Employee Benefits Administrators, Inc., Nicole worked as an Assistant Vice President in Health Claims Operations at National Employee Benefits Administ from 2013 to 2017. Nicole began their career as a Customer Response Representative at State Farm Insurance from 2005 to 2006.

Nicole Firestone attended Heartland Community College from 2002 to 2003, studying Early Childhood Education and Teaching. Nicole did not obtain a degree during this time.
