Marina Benassi

Marina Benassi is an experienced legal counsel specializing in data protection, intellectual property, IT law, and tech law. They have held senior executive roles, advising international clients on establishing strong privacy and data protection governance programs, particularly in relation to GDPR compliance. Marina's previous positions include serving as Head of Privacy at Ahold Delhaize and Global Head of Privacy and Group DPO at Nebius Group. They are also the founder of JustIP, providing practical legal advice on data protection and IP matters to businesses and law firms. Marina holds multiple degrees from the University of Amsterdam, including a Master of Laws in International and European Law.
