Dan Quick

Dan Quick is currently a State Senator for District 35 in the Nebraska Unicameral Legislature and a member of the Board of Directors for the Nebraska Alliance of Child Advocacy Centers. Dan's career began at a grain elevator and transitioned to coal handling at Platte Generating Station, where they ascended to roles including Power Plant Maintenance Mechanic and Welder. Dan served as President and Business Manager of IBEW Local 1597, as well as President of the Central Nebraska Central Labor Council, which fostered their political involvement. Dan emphasizes community needs, aiming to support working people and expand educational opportunities in their legislative role.
